A basic calling feature, this allows employees to screen calls to determine whether or not they want to take a call at a particular moment. While we offer it as part of your hosted VoIP system, some other providers actually charge you for this service! We think it’s important to have complete visibility into your connections which is why we offer Caller ID as part of our core phone service package.
