Who Can Benefit from this Service?

On-Demand Call Recording is available on an extension by extension basis, giving employees with the feature the ability to start and stop recording their own calls. You can add it to as many or as few extensions on your account as you want. This feature is different from the company-wide Call Recording Service, which is controlled by the account administrator only.

With a traditional phone system, this feature would have been prohibitively expensive for most businesses to add. Fortunately, with a VoIP system from Vonage Business Solutions, this feature can be added easily and affordably. Your VoIP phones will automatically work with the feature as soon as you add it to your account. Adding the feature is as easy as clicking a mouse in your Admin Portal, or calling our support team to add it for you.

All of the recordings for On-Demand Call Recording are saved on your secure password protected account on our servers. You can easily download and share the recordings at any time, or play them directly from your User Portal. Each user that has this feature is in complete control of the recordings, when the feature is used, and how the recordings are stored and shared.
